WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM AGE TO RENT?
We require a responsible adult at least 25 years old book and be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or ESAs of any kind at our properties. Members of our family have medical conditions that prohibit them from being exposed. If there is any violation of this rule, will result in being asked to remove the animal and potentially vacate the property with no refund. There will be an additional $500 fee billed to the guest to facilitate deep cleaning of the property.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
We take pride in first impressions and are committed to an enhanced cleaning process. Maintaining our properties to the highest standard is essential to guest satisfaction. Cleaning fees will be detailed under the book now section of each respective property.
DO YOU ALLOW EVENTS OR PARTIES?
We do not allow parties or events of any kind at our properties. Each jurisdiction has regulations and fire codes on short term vacation rentals and occupancy maximums. Any violation of this rule can result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
DO YOU CHARGE BOOKING FEES?
We do not charge any booking fees for our properties when you book direct with Southern Comfort Escapes. We encourage our guests to book directly with us to avoid booking fees imposed by other third party booking sites.
DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM. We can sometimes accommodate early check-in and late check-out depending on our cleaner's schedule and other guests' reservations. This must be must be arranged and approved by Southern Comfort Escapes prior to arrival.
