House Rules

• Check-In: 4:00 PM

• Check-Out: 10:00 AM

• NO SMOKING in the house**

• NO PETS or ANIMALS without exception**

• Max Occupancy 8: No Parties or Large Gatherings**

• Hot Tub: No food, Smoking, or littles without swim diapers. Please close lid and turn off jets and lights. Never add water from hose to the hot tub.  If there is an issue, please contact us. 

• Fires: Fully extinguish fires before leaving unattended. Doors to porch must remain closed while there is a fire in fireplace / firepit. Nothing in fireplace other than wood

 

OOPS!! ACCIDENTS HAPPEN

We understand accidents happen sometimes.  Please report any damage so we can fix for you and our next guests.  Any unreported damage may be deducted from your deposit.
